Medical Qi Gong (energy medicine) is the foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is more than 10,000 years old and recently has been subjected to thousands of studies in China, the United States and Canada reaffirming its efficacy in treating anything from the common cold to cancer. Qi Gong involves meditation, physical movement exercises, and Qi(energy) healing treatments. Prescriptions (exercises) are given after the treatment to facilitate the healing.

My practice incorporates a variety of techniques of Oriental Medicine including Shiatsu, Acupuncture, and Moxa (the application of heat to certain points of the body) as well as attention to diet. My approach is based on the disciplines of Traditional Chinese and Japanese Medicine which I blend to meet the needs of individual patients. Some of my patients suffer from serious ailments. In such cases I often work in consultation with Medical Doctors. For others it is a matter of reducing such conditions as stress, chronic fatigue, muscle tension, pain, sleep disorders, digestive problems and improving general well being.
Fe is trained and accomplished in acupressure, lymphatic massage, chakra therapy as well as other techniques that increase your energy and feelings of well-being. She is also a Reiki master. Fe is a registered nurse who has specialized in stress management at the graduate advanced practice level, she is qualified to do life coaching, health education, crisis intervention and counseling.
Knowing many different styles of masssage, has allowed me to combine them into a unique style . Many times, I have been told, by my clients, that I give one of the best massages they have ever received.
