I have been doing massage and body work for twelve years now. I enjoy my work very much and tend to lean more toward the therapeutic side of massage. I follow my intuition, and each session that a client receives is different. There are certain modalities that I usually use in each session. Those modalities are advanced lymphatic drainage therapy, craniosacral therapy and advanced brain techniques, visceral manipulation, myofascial release therapy and Reiki. Some sessions may incorporate shamanic work, toning and crystal bowls, while another session may use essences and deep tissue massage. I find that using the different modalities in a session is very beneficial in shifting a person's energy on all levels.
