The techniques and methods of Quantum Biofeedback stress reduction include addressing areas those most typically affected by the stressors of "every-day living". Stress Relief
Stress is defined as a nonspecific response of the body to any demand made upon it which results in symptoms such as rise in the blood pressure, release of hormones, quickness of breath, tightening of muscles, perspiration, and increased cardiac activity. Stress is not necessarily negative. Some stress keeps us motivated and alert, while too little stress can create problems. However, too much stress can trigger problems with mental and physical health, particularly over a prolonged period of time.
Any experience that taxes an individual's energy or well-being; stress may be physical, mental, or emotional.
Tension (Psychology): a state of mental or emotional strain or suspense; "he suffered from fatigue and emotional tension"; "stress is a vasoconstrictor".
Physics: Force that produces strain on a physical body; "the intensity of stress is expressed in units of force divided by units of area". Mental or physical tension that results from physical, emotional, or chemical causes.
What may be considered "stress relief"?
Anything that relieves mundane stress on a daily basis, such as relaxation, can help. However, Hans Selye, a Hungarian medical scientist, was the first to use the word "stress" in connection with a picture of health wellness. His theory is that when the body reacts to stress, it creates an "alarm" response.
That means that your body is in good shape to react accordingly to any given stressor, hopefully appropriately and effectively in ways that relieve it. If the stress continues, however, an "adaptation" state may result, where we learn to accommodate or bear the symptoms of stress by adjusting to them. This can, more positively, mean creating an increase in our tolerance to frustration and moving back into the alarm state, which relieves the stress, or, negatively, reacting with an accommodating adjustment that (temporarily) alleviates the pain of the stress but becomes a new holding pattern.
If the stress continues even longer, an "exhaustion" state is created that may lead to a considerably weakened system. This alarm / adaptation / exhaustion model fits all forms of stress, whether physical, mental, or emotional. Obviously, reducing stress is a key to well-being. Relaxation helps, but how do we know where stress may be hiding in the adapted or exhausted states physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What is Subspace?
A short and simple explanation of Subspace is to create a drawing or mental image of a pyramid divided into three equal horizontal layers. This represents a 3-level model of the make-up of Matter as we know it.
The top layer represents the Physical dimension of objects we can see, feel, weigh, etc. We know it’s real because our senses tell us so. We have provable laws (Newtonian Physics) to explain and predict events on this level. One could say that this level presents the densest form of matter whose ingredients (molecules) are temporarily ‘frozen’ into forms which can change over time, but are pretty much stable in our experience.
The next level below represents the Molecular level…we know everything on the Physical level is actually made up of molecules, and, again, our senses, extended through electron microscopes, confirm this. The Laws of Chemistry and Biochemistry pretty much explain events on this level. Curiously, disturbances on this level can ultimately manifest as disturbances in the Physical plane. Western Medicine, by virtue of the particular era and world-view from which it developed, largely views human anatomy on these two levels. Hence, the tow main areas of intervention in Western Medicine remain drugs and surgery.
However, in the 1920’s and 30’s, western physicists discovered ANOTHER layer of Matter (the third layer of the pyramid) which underlay all matter on the molecular level…this is the level of the Quantum, or Subspace dimension. These physicists discovered that matter at this level behaved very differently than at the two levels above, and created the laws of Quantum Mechanics, or Physics to explain these events. One of the curious qualities of sub-atomic particles was their appearance on the photographic plates used to capture their ‘traces’ (they are too small to see) was dependent on the act of observation! This meant that it this level, at least, human consciousness was playing a role in the existence of matter! This threw the scientific community into a tither because it meant all their experiments were void, being influenced by the observer! The Medical Science community was especially resistant to the New Science, as they already had a strong cultural and economic position in society, and simply didn’t need another level of explanation.
Here’s the good part…it so happens that a subatomic event displays characteristics of BOTH a particle and a wave of energy. The appearance of Matter could be explained as the ‘collapsing’ of energy waves into particles in response to consciousness (who is ‘making’ all this, anyway?). When you have a thought, your brain, by virtue of the subatomic size of some of you neurotransmitters, creates energy fields that are not limited by time or space as they exist on the upper two dimensions. These fields, in other words, fill the ‘subspace’ of the universe (and beyond?)
The genius of Bill Nelson is that he was able to synthesize this process in a computer. When we tell the computer identifying features of a particular source of Subspace Energy Fields (your client), the program is able to ‘seek and lock’ onto the source and create a two-way, instantaneous communication link.
Is this really more miraculous than a cell phone?….well, yes, because of the sophistication of the program itself, and the quality of information we can access. This coupled with your skill as a Practitioner is the basis of the most formidable healing tool on the planet!
