The fabric of Indian life is so connected, in all realms of human existance. I am fascinated by the interconnections between meditation, yoga, breathwork,herbs, Ayurveda and gemstones. All seen in the light of one's Astrology Chart. More recently, I have delved into the issue of remedial measures . This is the branch of Indian lore dealing with upayas or cerimonies in which we can begin to accept our limitations and offer blessings to those symbols ,dieties, energy fields if you will or stuck places from previous experiences. One intervention in witch I am most interested are planetary gemstones. 
My work centers around Native American Sprituality and Wellness. I work with seekers to find a fulfillment and purpose within themselves through offering a Shaman Apprentice Program. I also offer healing sessions with crystals, herbs, and chakras. I am certified Reiki 2 and can also work on the individual for healing in this realm. I offer crystals/stones for individual needs and healing. I do individual divination in finding answers to questions or inner guidance through the form of tarot and the runes.

The Capital Region Wellness Center held its Grand Opening on February 26, 2004. It has been designed with the intent of developing a healing community of practitioners and seekers who are looking to improve their health and well-being. A community that utilizes natural healing methods with a focus on treating the root cause of a patient's symptoms, instead of just the symptoms themselves. Our team has been selected based on their credentials and experience our practitioners and instructors look at a person as whole, or holistically, considering the physical body, the mind, emotions, and spirit of the client. 
Ashley has been drawn to work with crystals and stones since childhood. After years of self-study, she began earning a number of professional certifications in crystal healing. Ashley is a Master of Crystology and is certified and accredited in Melody's Love is in the Earth, Laying-on-of-Hands with Laying-on-of-Stones, Levels I & II Workshops. She has also studied with Master Crystal Teacher, DaEl Walker of the Crystal Awareness Institute. Additionally, Ashley has earned many other certifications over the years and considers continuing education on the subject to be a top priority. Ashley is also a member of the Global Spiritual Holistic Association, which strives to support a professional approach and a high standard of practice for ethical and conscientious holistic therapists. In addition to offering healing sessions, Ashley loves to teach and presents a number of in-person workshops as well as correspondence courses on crystal healing. She is also an accomplished, published author and is currently writing a book on crystal healing.
