As a holistic Nutritional Consultant, I evaluate peoples' health concerns, then educate, and support them in following an indidualized protocol for healing and health. For this I use therapeutic principles including whole, organic foods for the blood type, herbs, supplements, exercises, amino acid therapy, and diagnostic laboratory testing.
