Each week will practice the form and methods together. “Qigong” is an ancient Chinese “artform” used for strengthening the body’s vital energy, which helps improve recovery time, energy levels, and immune function. “Qi” is an electro-magnetic fog-like substance that exists everywhere in all cities, but even more out in nature. A person practices Qigong to "collect" this energy, which powers every organ and cell to function. Through practice we can feel a powerful pulsation of blood in our body.
*******BELLY DANCE CLASSES/WORKSHOPS: Middle Eastern Belly Dance is an ancient art. You will find that you can have fun while you quickly tone utilizing a series of isolation exercises that sculpture each muscle group, improve flexibility, balance and coordination. This class is a complete workout. Learn to Belly Dance with the Veil, Freestyle, Choreography, to play the Zills (finger cymbals) and floor work. Participants may become part of the Ascensive Light Dance Troupe.
