I use hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique hand in hand with wonderful results. I teach EFT and self hypnosis to my clients in order for them to help themselves when it is not possible for them to call or come into the office. Motivational coaching is involved in much of the work I do. I work with many people who have been in abusive situations such as being molested as a child, abusive relationships with siblings and parents, and clients who have witnessed horrific activity at the hands of others. I find age regression and past life regression very beneficial when trying to find a cause of a behavior or feeling.
