On the most fundamental level, the idea of living ‘sustainably’ refers to the notion that one’s everyday actions and practices create a lifestyle that in turn produces a more healthy, habitable and equitable world for all beings. But, even this broad definition raises issues and conflicts and can be challenging. This, in part, is the magic and power of bringing sustainability concepts and issues into your daily living.

Fundamentally, sustainability refers to our potential for sustaining---supporting, maintaining, upholding---beneficial aspects of society or the environment.

The world we live in is one of ever increasing interdependence between all inhabitants of the world. Our daily lifestyle choices impact all aspects of our planet in an economic, environmental, and social manner. Often these impacts are not discussed, and not ‘readily’ evident. Often there are ‘hidden costs’ involved in our daily decision-making such as negatively impacting future generations we may never meet or adversely affecting places we may never visit or live in.

These ‘hidden costs’ of our actions can often have dire, far reaching, negative impacts on our global world. For example, though an item may be marked with a low price at our local store, what are the costs when considering: importation (fuel and shipping infrastructure), labor (quality of life for workers, worker benefits and wages), environmental damage (waste issues, landfill and environmental impacts of the object’s industry)?

My practice as a holistic consultant touches those people, animals, plants and minerals to whom I am connected for mutual growth and healing. I welcome you all with a strong heart and much gratitude.

I am a Registered Bach Flower Essence Practitioner, offering classes and personalized guidance in the use of these remarkable tinctures that are of such extraordinary benefit in balancing emotions, mind and spirit. Animal communication-I've worked with multiple species, including elephants, rabbits, dogs, cats, iguanas, birds, horses, and even a few insects. I've helped with kitties not using their litter boxes, getting the back story from rescues, which allowed their humans to understand and address their fears/skittish behavior, explaining romantic breakups to animals and why drastic familial changes were being made, helping emotionally distressed animals cope with depression and past traumas, relieving jealousy and the unpleasant behavior which ensued, communicating with animals in physical pain/distress to allow a more accurate diagnosis, and helping humans understand how their animal companions wanted to die. Even if there are no problems, I can help my clients form deeper, more loving relationships.

I also communicate with animals who have crossed to the other side. This can be a tremendously healing experience for those left behind and feeling guilt or pain.

Psychic readings for humans - I work with non-humans more than humans, but I have started adding more humans to my clientele.

Reiki for animals-Reiki can be done on animals; however, animals don't require much Reiki, so sessions are short and combined with communication. This is done only by request-animal communication sessions do not automatically include Reiki.

Usui Reiki - I have used Reiki to help people with type I diabetes (I suffered from brittle diabetes and more complications than can be listed before I found Reiki. But now I am full of energy, love, and healing), type II diabetes, weight/body issues, insomnia, pre-surgical care (One client was elderly and not expected to do well in the surgery, but it was necessary. After the Reiki treatment, the surgery took half the time expected and she recovered effortlessly), depression, blood clots, cancer, chronic pain, gastrointestinal disorders, stress relief, anger issues, and much more.

Chakra reading/balancing-while having a Reiki treatment, I read the seven energy centers, or chakras, and after the session, we discuss the findings and solutions to achieve balance, including possible dietary measures for those interested and meditation techniques to awaken the weaker chakras.

Home/business blessing and clearing-using Reiki, spaces can be cleared of negative energies and replaced with love, healing, growth, productivity, or the desired feelings.

Each person has a unique blend of frequency signature patterns that are unlike anyone else.
