The goal at Reiki Learning Center is to promote healing on all levels- Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical. Reiki is a tremendously supportive therapeutic technique, facilitating deep relaxation which reduces the resistance to healing. Reiki, developed in Japan in the early 1900s, increases the vibrational frequency of the body which can free one's energy of the heaviness and negativity that may keep one feeling "stuck." Reiki sessions are offered for 60-90 minutes. More or less time is your option also.
