The Z-Point Process:
An Overview

The Z-Point Process can be used to transform your relationships with others and yourself, physical health, financial situation, and simply improve all areas of your life. Z-Point was created and founded by Grant Connolly, CHt, author of The Z-Point Process for Instant Emotional Healing.

Z-Point consists of a Healing Program that you merely read once and a cue word that activates that program. When you become aware of a feeling that doesn’t feel good as you think certain thoughts or remember certain unpleasant memories, you would merely focus on that feeling, mark it with your awareness, and repeat your cue word like a mantra as you say specific statements until that feeling is gone. A good cue word to begin with is “YES”.

That particular feeling is the “Characteristic Feeling” that represents all of the feelings connected or associated with that thought or that memory. This Characteristic Feeling is connected energetically to all of the assumptions and beliefs that you may have formed concerning a situation, circumstance or relationship in your life. Release that Characteristic Feeling and you transform the assumptions or beliefs that underlie it and there may be many of these. You don’t need to know what those limiting beliefs are, you only need to feel and release that Characteristic feeling attached to them to release it all.

In a moment we will install the Healing Program. Just relax and read the following instruction into your subconscious mind. This instruction or Healing Program need only be read once. In fact, you’ll never need to refer to it again.

“I hereby set a powerful intention within you, my subconscious mind, to effect the best of all possible outcomes by this clearing, and that each time I notice a pattern or patterns I wish to eliminate, as I say or think my cue word, you will eliminate all such patterns and components of patterns completely and safely, and each time I repeat my cue word in sequence, you will access deeper and deeper layers and all parts and all aspects of my being.”

And that’s all there is to it. As I’ve already mentioned, you’ll never need to refer to it again. You will however need to remember your cue word, and even that can be changed whenever you wish, simply by saying I change my cue word to _______. For this tutorial we will assign the cue word YES!

Cue words are like the on/off switch on a flashlight. When you repeat certain specially designed statements, these have the effect of pointing the flashlight of your consciousness in the direction you wish to shine the light of truth. This act of pointing or directing the beam of the flashlight is the clearing statement.

When you say or think your cue word, the beam of your consciousness illuminates any uncomfortable feelings or patterns that need to be released, activates the Healing Program and releases whatever uncomfortable feelings are there that dis-empower you in any way.

An example of a regular Z-Point statement would be I clear all of the ways that I’m angry. After you read or say the statement aloud or to yourself, all you need to do is to repeat your cue word over and over, just as though you were repeating a mantra like this……yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, until you say the next statement.

For some statements, you will leave the ending blank, like this…I clear all the ways that I’m angry, because…

Your subconscious mind is really quite amazing because it will literally fill in the blank ending for us and release all of the reasons or because’s and do so without any conscious awareness on our part.

Similarly, if you were to say I clear all the ways I’m angry, whenever…your subconscious mind will find and release ALL of the ways that you grow angry whenever this happens or that happens. In effect, it targets all the triggers that cause us to become angry and it does so in the background, beneath your normal conscious awareness. Isn’t that amazing? Now, focus on a characteristic feeling that doesn’t feel good and simply go through the statements repeating your cue word for about 10 to 15 seconds before moving on to the next statement.

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling because… (cue)

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling whenever… (cue)

I clear all the ways I may feel this feeling if… (cue)

I clear all the ways unconscious parts of me feel this feeling. (cue)

I clear all the ways these parts feel this feeling because… (cue)

I clear all the ways these parts benefit from my feeling this feeling. (cue)

I clear all the ways I wouldn’t feel safe if I released this feeling now. (cue)

Now, take a deep breath and relax and think about what was concerning you. If you don’t feel completely peaceful, repeat the following statements that will clear “the remainder” of that feeling.

I clear all the ways I feel the remainder of this feeling. (cue)

I clear all the ways I feel the remainder of this feeling because… (cue)

I clear all the ways I feel the remainder of this feeling whenever… (cue)

I clear all the ways I may feel the remainder of this feeling if… (cue)

I clear all the ways unconscious parts of me feel the remainder of this feeling. (cue)

I clear all the ways these parts feel the remainder of this feeling because… (cue)

I clear all the ways these parts benefit from my feeling the remainder of this feeling. (cue)

I clear all the ways I wouldn’t feel safe if I released the remainder of this feeling now. (cue)

Take a breath, relax and check in with that feeling again. Chances are you will look at your situation differently now and if not, focus on that characteristic feeling again and simply go through the statements until you have achieved the desired results.
