Practicing yoga can develop your mental concentration and awareness, inner core and muscle strength, and a deep sense of calm and centeredness.

This beginner yoga class is taught in the Vinyasa Flow style, where you move smoothly from pose to pose. Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring your own yoga mat(s) plus a yoga blanket or large towel.
