Acupressure for Every Body will teach important acupressure point locations and how to use these acupressure points for common conditions and complaints.
including: headache, back ache, fatigue, and much more. This class will include basic history, philosophy, and foundational theory, and will focus on teaching practical, simple, and yet profound methods of acupressure for self help and to help others. Skills shared will include proper body mechanics and breathing while performing acupressure techniques. In addition understand any contraindications for using acupressure and various acupressure points.
Points from all of the major meridians will be included. This class is ideal for both novices and seasoned therapists alike.

Instructor T.J. Fritz, LMT has been practicing and teaching Taiji Qigong and Yang Style T’ai Chi Ch’uan for over a decade. He has worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Acupressurist since 2000.
