Breathwork is a process that increases our ability to feel and resolve the effects of our past. It involves breathing in a full, free manner guided by the sitter (me). The result is an increase in the level of physical and spiritual energy in our body, thus cleansing the many tensions held there. By learning to breathe consciously and fully, we discover and release the core issues now held in our mind and emotions. As a result of early life being too traumatic or intense for us to stay "present," we learned to numb ourselves to avoid feelings. A key to all personal healing is to learn to feel again.

My greatest gift to you is teaching Cobra Breath. This ancient breath technique was long held secret because of its great power. It prepares the mind and body for the controlled movement of Kundalini. Kundalini is Life Force, or Consciousness, one expression of which is sexual energy. When sexual energy moves upward, it enlightens you. In normal sex, the energy flows downward to drain you. Cobra Breath reverses the flow of sexual energy to turn it into your most valuable resource. The secret teachings of many traditions use kundalini energy to rejuvenate the body, empower the mind and awaken the soul. The Breath pulls magnetic (shakti) energy into the spine, magnetizing the cerebro-spinal fluid, allowing Kundalini to move up the spine. As the brain bathes in this magnetized fluid, the nervous system is transformed. You awaken to a new consciousness.

All dysfunction and disease can be preventible and possibly resolved by doing Sacred - Cobra Breath during yoga or massage. Letting-go of your habitual oral and anal retention will do it. Many people actually hold their breath upon the beginning of their orgasmic flow. This constricts the energy body and can be a way to unconsciously attempt to not lose control into the bigger energy feeling. Holding the breath, tightening the stomach, buttock and leg muscles, and tensing the upper body upon orgasm is restricting the orgasm from being adequately and satisfactorily felt in the body. Instead, the idea is to relax and expand your energy field, creating space for the tension. The more space, the more pleasure you will receive.
