Betty helps people work with the subconscious mind where emotional patterns are rooted and core beliefs are held. She believes that the keys to healing any issue are within this deeper mind. As we work with hypnosis and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), we can heal blockages, let go of old patterns and create positive changes. Betty works with a wide range of issues, from weight loss and smoking cessation to traumatic memories and past life regression. She specializes in emotional healing, inner child work, relief from phobias, present and past life regression, and energy therapy.

Betty is a former teacher with over 20 year experience. In 1997, she became a Certified Hypnotherapist and established a professional practice. She is a Board Certified Regression Therapist (with IBRT) and was trained in Past Life Regression by Dr. Brian Weiss. She is also an Advanced EFT Practitioner and was personally trained in EFT (the Emotional Freedom Technique) by its founder, Gary Craig. Betty is also a Reiki Practitioner and holds certification in Medical Hypnotherapy and Spirit Releasement Therapy.

I see myself as a guide and a "companion on the journey". I have great faith in each person's intuitive wisdom and innate healing process. I believe that with the right tools and with guidance and support, everyone can create and realize his or her own vision of wholeness and healing.
