Bella AgamaOm (AH'-gah-mah-om) carefully, constructively and creatively nurtures her lifelong love of yoga, art, bodywork, dance and music. Referred to as a renaissance woman, Bella is of noble aspiration and formidable accomplishment.

Bella AgamaOm wrote and illustrated "The Vineyard, Yoga & The Miracle Food" (sold-out first edition with donations to environmental charity). Bella is a Specialist in Thai-Yoga and Certified as a Tantra Yoga Healer.

Bella produced and hosted "Stay Tuned" a radio show on healthful hints for being beautiful, loving life and feeling great! This was aired regularly on WMVY, FM Radio on Martha's Vineyard. Bella recorded her music in London and in the U.S. She is a freelance model/actress with credits that include acting at Radio City Music Hall to film work. Bella's bio also includes doing stand-up comedy at Stand-Up NY!, choreographing, performing & teaching dance at many locations including
Harvard University, and singing with a Western group in Cochin, India at "Amritavarsham -- Embracing the World in Harmony" a super powerful international gathering.

Besides her experiences on The Vineyard, Nantucket, New York City and England, Bella travels widely in Europe, India and Thailand. She served as Benefit Chairperson for The Environmental Association for the World Citizens Assembly to the United Nations. As Bella's schedule permits, she volunteers for worthwhile benefits.

Bella is shown standing in front of "YES LOVE!"* an original painting Bella created in Sedona, Arizona at the RAW Spirit Eco-Festival. It was a multi-media opening ceremony piece in support of a SUSTAINABLE UNIVERSE with PEACE & CONTENTMENT for ALL. The painting occurred outside in a beautiful natural vortex. It was imbued with sacred chants that Bella sang while dancing and painting!

What is Thai-Yoga?

Thai-Yoga sessions inspire the soul and tranquilize the body. In class, we will learn flowing rhythmic compressions using the feet, knees, palms, elbows, forearms and fingers blended with rejuvenating stretching positions & phenomenal techniques.

Upon graduation, students receive a Certificate. After each session, every student can enjoy sharing Thai-Yoga beneficially.
