I am an herbalist and nutritionist. I work with herbs, essential oils, nutrition, exercise,lifestyle changes and therapies as meditation to help clients reach their goals of vibrant health and inward peace. One of my main goals is to provide information and resources to help you find healing.

I got into natural healing because of my youngest daughter who was born with a compromised Immune system. I began my education to help her initially. After she was better, I felt that others ought to know that there are alternate paths to healing other than standard medicine.

I received my training in herbs, iridology, and natural healing from Dominion Herbal College in Canada. I studied herbal therapies under Bernard Jensen and Keith Smith in Escondido. I took 2 years of nutrition from IUNE. I have 15 years of experience in counseling. I have studied the immune system for years and how natural healing therapies can strengthen this system and help it to overcome imbalance and disease. I also can help those interested in the use of amino acid therapy for depression and mental illness. I am not a doctor but there are doctors who are experts in this field. Amino Acid therapy is the avenue that helped restore my daughter's health. There is an alternative to drugs and I wish to help others get this information and help.

I work with menopause and female problems and have overcome them as well.

Ill health is imbalance in the mind and body. You must balance both to achieve healing. I believe also in the power of prayer and visualization as part of the tools to achieve this needed balance.

I believe your lifestyle including diet, exercise, mental attitude, spiritual outlook, age, genetics, and habits such as smoking or drinking all shape you wellness and response to disease.

I work with clients through the internet and do private counseling in the North County-San Diego area.

A consultation and in depth health analysis is $100.00. This includes extensive questionaires (diet, health, family history), review and lifestyle counseling. Four followup lifestyle counseling visits are included in the initial $100 dollars fee.
