The founders of Moinhos Velhos Anne Karine Moss and Frank Jensen have been involved with Yoga and Holistic Health for many years.

All of the facilitating and teaching staff have a wealth of experience in their fields

Moinhos Velhos is a holistic fasting and health retreat created to provide physical mental emotional and spiritual purification and rejuvenation where we are concerned with the whole person

All of our programs are for two weeks.

We wake you up in the morning at 0645 for "lemon tea" yoga and meditation.

We finish in the with evening meditation at 2000.

During the day thwere are therapies and the sauna is one at least every second day.

Twice a week we go for a trip to the West Coast or to Lagos
