Catherine Eby is a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui, Karuna, and Lightarian Traditions providing sessions and classes. As a Practitioner of the Hawaiian Healing Arts , she shares the healing skills of Hawaiian Huna Kane Massage, the behavior changing of Hypnotherapy and Neurolinguistic Programming, and the  Karmic clearing and Soul work of Time Line and Higher Self Therapy. Trained in Mediation and Ho'oPonoPono, her skills assist in the  resolution of life's conflicts. As a Professional and a Shaman, Catherine's abilities to work energetically in multi-dimensions, brings a broader perspective . Believing Life's challenges are keys to soul growth, her healing center offers transformative private sessions, workshops and trainings for personal change. 

 

 

  

Profile and Credentials        

Catherine is a Teaching Reiki Master in the Traditional Usui Reiki; Karuna, and Lightarian forms. In 1975 she was introduced to Huna, the methods of the Shaman Healers of Hawaii. Since then, she has dedicated her studies to learning the interrelated Hawaiian Healing Arts. She now practices and teaches Ho'oponopono; Shaman Techniques; Huna Kane Massage; and Energy Healing. As well, she is a member of the Professional Board of Hypnotherapy as a Certified Hypnotherapist and as a Master Hypnotist. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Teaching Certificate from the University of Saskatchewan.Catherine holds a Masters certificate in Neurolinguist Programming, and is Member of the Time Line Therapy Association as a Master Practitioner.

Philosophy and Comments        

Catherine opened Rainy Mountain Holistic Services when she found there was no longer separation between work and the rest of life. When her own life became clear and her life was congruent on all levels, she found herself "In full time employ of the creator. "

The inner urge in all of us to seek out a kinder, more harmonic existence, leads to the discovery of inner resources and strengths. It begins with a loving respect for self. I see that potential and that light in each person I meet. There are no mistakes, these are only life lessons along our Path to open us to our greater, higher self."

   Each person naturally has the gift of power, of inner sight. Know in your heart there is more to life.

Work Hours and Fee Schedule        

Private sessions are available for all modalities Tue-Sat. 9:00 to 5:00 by appointment only.

Fee for personal sessions of Reiki or Shaman Journeys: $60 plus gst. Hypnotherapy or Time Line Therapy $60 per hr plus Gst. Huna Kane Massage session $80 plus gst. Classes are individually priced.

REIKI CLASSES: TRADITIONAL USUI REIKI

  Whether it is to be of service to others, or to continue on  your own Soul journey, Reiki is a powerful, yet gentle healing art. Reiki is passed on through attunements, by a Reiki Master. Classes are individual oriented, relaxed and enjoyable. Anyone can take Reiki! and most take it because they want to help themselves, family and friends.

Beginning level Reiki classes are 1 day, 9 to 5pm. Learn the History of Reiki, What it is,How to prepare your self to give a session to others, and how to use Reiki knowledge to help yourself Grow into the Light of the Soul. Included in the fee is a Reiki Manual, Lunch and Certificate. A Reiki Practitioner Certificate is given upon successful completetion of each level.Note of interest to Massage Therapists, the Reiki I class qualifies for 4 CEU secondary credits.

All classes can be arranged on a week day if preferred. Next Classes Scheduled: ART ADVANCED REIKI LEVEL III SUNDAY MAY 31- call or email to register. For those planning ahead, all levels of Reiki classes will be offered during August.. ask for dates.

Usui Master/Teacher Training- Begins with Advanced Reiki Training and continues. It is often necessary to practice Reiki for a year after the ART attunement, to get ready for the energetic attunements at the Master/Teacher level. During that year, opportunities are given to "assist" in classes at the various levels of Reiki you have taken, to help you prepare to be a Master/Teacher. The final Master/Teacher class is two days to complete the year.

KARUNA REIKI(R)

for those who have conditioned their own energy sysems through the use of the Usui Reiki Master energies, this next level of higher Reiki energies, the Karuna attunements, infuse you work with "compassionate action" and your energy system can more easily adjust to the higher potentials available. The Karuna energies are strong and focused for specific areas of healing.

Karuna Practitioner Levels I & II Classes will appeal to those working in helping professions, or wish to use the powerful and focused symbols to help heal and resolve this life and or past life deep emotional issues on a personal level. <> Karuna Master Levels 1 & 2 attunements include Working with Sound, Toning and Chanting in the Reiki healing process. 

 

   LIGHTARIAN REIKI(TM)

Is considered the Highest Reiki bands of energy. For those consciously walking the Soul's journey, of personal growth, planetary change and ascension. The Lightarian Rays accelerate that personal transformation and change, as you connect directly to the Ascended Masters and the Angelic Realm and beyond





BASICS IN THE HEALING ARTS:

An expanded 1 year foundations course, setting the groundwork for your personal skill development in the Healing Arts. Included in the training, is a Certificate in Hawaiian Huna Kane Massage.

** FOUNDATIONS OF HUNA HEALING ARTS - Jan-April Prerequisite: Intro To Huna Kane. Learn Energy Body Higher Alignment Techniques. Transformational Breathwork, Intro to Ho'oponopono. Intro to Sacred Massage

** NANA I KE KINO-(Bodymapping,Back)- May: Floorwork/Matwork. Identifying and reframing past issues held in the back of the body, legs and feet.

** NANA I KE KINO (Bodymapping,Front)- June: For every event in the Mind, there is a corresponding event in the body. Emotions, problems and stress lead to stress in specific parts of the body. Learn where these areas are, and how to effectively transform that energy with reframing, breathwork, Lomi techniques and Hula.

** HIGH ALTARING- July- 3 days weekend: Learn the oil massage techniques, of this Sacred Energy Work. Traditionally used to prepare the body for special occasions,integrating the mind with spirit; This clearing and energizing Dance on the body also accelerates the Soul's remembering of the Journey. Learn the connectedness of the Sacred with Hawaiian methods of chants(oli) and prayers (pule)and Massage.

** PRACTICUM (take Home)- Sept to Nov - practice all you're learned.

SHAMAN HEALER TRAINING

INTRODUCTORY LEVEL- SHAMAN BASICS
or Apprentice Level, consists of Part 1- 7 classes; Part 2- 7 classes.

BIO-ENERGY WORK is at the core of all personal developement and all Healing work. We live in a sea of vibrating energy. A shamans study of energy work; and the application of that knowledge to increase Personal physical, mental, emotional and spiritual development; as well as techniques for healing, people, places and circumstances.

Part 2 - Jan-April 2010
Psychic/Intuitive Development- develop or increase you natural abilties of telepathy, clairvoyance, distance viewing, and other dynamic psychic abilities.

SHAMAN HEALER TRAINING LEVEL 3 - HO'OPONOPONO- The Role of Shaman as Peacemaker; Shamans' Responsibilities and Roles; Blessings/Clearings; Creating and Doing Ceremonies; Individual and Group Conflict Resolution.

ADVANCED ELECTIVE CLASSES OFFERED JUNE-AUGUST 2009:

1. Traditional Shamanic Journeys (incls Soul Retrieval/Soul Theft- this 2 DAY class is valuable to working Therapists and Counsellors as it explores Soul Loss, Soul Theft and Retrieval, and deals with applications from general usage to deeper issues of abuse. Previous deep meditation or journey work is helpful. ...Class dates: August 8 & 9, 2009

2. Connecting to Nature in the Shaman way. Learn the shamans methods of connecting with the Elements, to Weather, and how to use this in Healing. This is a 3 day class. ...Class Dates: Aug 14-16, 2009

Halau Ho'ola        

SHIFT HAPPENS! This website is under construction as this is a time to clear out what is no longer working, and ask how we can best be of service others in this new world!

Over time, clients and students have began asking for more extensive, longer classes to enable them to learn, and practice the skills of Healing. The various Healers workshops have naturally evolved into a curriculum, and become a Healers School. As a result, December 2008, I named this Shaman Healer School: HALAU HO'OLA.

In Hawaii, a Halau is a school for the Training of Hula Dancers. There is another application though, and that is a School that trains Shamans.Some meanings of the word Ola are Life or Good and vigorous health. Ho' means to make or to cause to happen. Ho'ola then, is to cause "life" or good health to happen. There are 3 main learning streams in Halau Ho'ola: Reiki Studies includes Certficates in Usui, Karuna & Lightarian Reiki; A Certificate in Huna Kane-The Mind and Body massage that is an integration of massage techniques and the physical and mental/emotional release of pain and stress/tension. and Shaman Healer Training -Learning the Laws of the Natural Order of Energies and their application to maintaining harmony and balance in all living thigs.
TRAINING IN THE HEALING ARTS

These Courses are for those who have always felt they were meant to be Healer's; have taken some courses and need more techniques or for those have always wished to grow into the full potential of their Soul's Purpose. The Shaman Healer Course training is done in the old/apprentice way, with small classes. To take all level 1-3 options ..the trainings could take over a period of time. To become a Healer is a personal Medicine Walk for Balance and Harmony; a journey into transforming your thoughts and actions; developing the connection to your Higher Self. It takes time and a skills development to be a Healer or a working Shaman. You were given gifts from Spirit .. your development of those gifts is up to you.
Note: Some individual classes are open to those from different healing modalities as there is a saying in Hawaiian by Mary Kawena Pukui "'A 'Ohe Pau Ka 'ike i ka Halau Ho'okahi"- All knowledge is not in the same school"
