Yoga classes are held in Sutton, Epsom and Fetcham in Surrey and Hammersmith, West London. Residentials are held in quiet country mansions throughout the UK and in Europe. The centre also supplies yoga mats, props, clothing and home practice tapes.

Trained by BKS Iyengar in London and Pune, Ruth, a senior Iyengar teacher has been running her own yoga centre in Surrey for over 25 years.

Based on the philosophy of 'Advaita' or 'non duality', Ruth's teaching is an inspiration.
