heated basalt stones and alternating

them with cooled marble. A massage unlike

any other, it works the cardiovascular, lymphatic, immune and nervous systems in addition to relaxing tired muscles.

in the Sweat Lodge and in training as a

One of the most valuable lessons that I've learned in the sweatlodge is that of surrender. When we put our defenses down and allow ourselves to become vulnerable. LaStone too teaches surrender, those that hold more resistance in their bodies have more difficulty recieving the work.
