I am committed to a client-centered holistic healing practice. People of all ages have enjoyed the healing benefits of the therapies and treatments they receive. Through an integrated holistic approach,many people overcome negative habits, addictions, fibromyalgia, physical and mental pain, trauma, grief and stress. My methods are both scientifically and spiritually guided. Many of my clients profess that they have had spontaneous or fantastic healing after one or two sessions. I am always humbly amazed. Miracles happen. Some people have found past-life or spiritual regression therapy to be a catharsis or healing event for them. Others prefer a more traditional integrated approach using counseling and scientifically proven methods. Every client is unique;therefore the confidential consultations and treaments are designed for each individual.I enjoy working with children and adults of all ages and backgrounds. Relaxed childbirth sessions are customized for the expectant mother and birth partners are invited to participate. Childbirth relaxation classes prepare the expectant mother for a natural, joyous birth experience. These classes may be conducted individually, with a birth partner or family member, and/or in a group setting.

I am a certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and Usui Reiki Master with over 20 years experience doing trance work and training.

I am certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists and the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. My educational background includes a BA in Education and psychology,and professional training with world-class experts in Hypnosis and NLP. I have been privileged to learn and practice my skills under the direction of Internationally known experts including the late Jose Silva (The Silva Method), Roy Hunter CHt (Advanced Hypnotherapy), NLP Learning Systems(Certified by the Society of Neuro-Linquistic Programming),and Dr. Michael Newton Phd (Life Between Lives-Spiritual Regression.) My Reiki Certification is in the Usui Reiki Master tradition, and my lineage is through teachers affiliated with the International Association of Reiki Teachers. Washington State requires all Hypnotherapists and Counselors to be registered in accordance with state law. I am a Washington State Registered Counselor and Hypnotherapist. I also have credentials as a certifed trainer and educator.

As a consultant, speaker and trainer, I have facilitated workshops and presentations throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.

Positive Results Healing Arts offers certification classes in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, NLP and Reiki. Workshops on other healing arts and metaphysical subjects are offered.

In my private practice as a Counselor and Hypnotherapist, I integrate a holistic approach. My specializations include advanced Hypnotherapy and NLP techniques including NLP Reframing, Time Line Therapy, Parts Therapy, Regression Therapy, Relaxed Childbirth, and Life Betwen Life Spritual Regression.

I believe the Mind, Body and Spirit must be in balance and harmony in order for healing to occur. When one system is out of balance, it affects the others. Mind, Body and Spirit are all a part of a delicate cybernetic system. Therefore, I use a transpersonal approach to healing. Hypnotherapy, NLP and Reiki may be combined in some instances to promote healing.
