CAUTION: Repeated cramping in the abdomen could be an indication of a more serious problem involving the gall bladder, pancreas or appendix. Use the pillow to relieve the cramp, but consult your doctor immediately if it keeps returning within a short time. Generally, with this herbal pillow, once the cramp is gone, it's gone and does not return. Heat cramps should be treated with standard First Aid procedures including cooling and re-hydration (do not use caffeinated beverages, they only exacerbate the dehydrated condition).
QUESTION: What causes cramps?
Answer: There can be any number of different reasons for a cramp. Even in the same individual the cause may be different from time to time. Here are some general "causes" not in any particular order of importance. One or more mineral deficiencies causing an electrolyte imbalance in the blood plasma such as a lack of sodium (sodium chloride or table salt), potassium, calcium, magnesium (magnesium chloride deficiency is a major cause of restless leg syndrome rls), etc. An erratic nerve impulse. Heat. Dehydration. Injury. Stress (mental, emotional, physical). Over exertion. Lactic acid build-up. Allergy. Restricted blood flow (this can include sitting, or laying in a certain position; Diabetes; clogged arteries or veins or general poor circulation). And, improper breathing which can cause a condition called hypocapnea where there is too little carbon dioxide in the blood plasma for the cell to recognize that it needs to open the "gate" and let in oxygen. This causes a constriction of the blood vessel which is also a muscle. Blood vessels are made of muscle tissue allowing them to expand or contract as needed. This then leads to muscular contraction and cramping. The thing I noticed most when I first started using common club moss in an herbal pillow such as ZAP-A-KRAMP, was that I could feel the blood flow returning to the muscle as the cramp faded away.
QUESTION: Why do some cramps take longer to go away than others.
Answer: This is still a mystery. The muscle still recognizes and responds to the herb's "vibration" instantaneously. Everyone is different and even every cramp is different. Most of the time the cramp is gone in less than a minute. You can even stop a cramp from fully locking up the muscle if you feel it coming on and get the pillow on it fast enough. But there are some cramps that just take longer, I know, I have experienced them. I suppose it depends on what is causing the cramp in the first place. But to be frank, I just do not know at this time why some cramps take longer than others to respond and fully relax. It may be that the herb has to overcome an extraordinary amount of energy, or a combination of energies that is causing the cramp. It does not mean that your pillow is defective or that it doesn't work anymore. The pillow is always working. Just think, if you didn't have the pillow how much longer would you have to suffer and then still have to deal with the stiffness, soreness and pain after the cramp is gone. At least with the pillow these things are no longer an issue.
QUESTION: Why haven't I heard of this herb before?
Answer. That is a good question. This herb has been known and used for thousands of years. When modern allopathic medicine (as opposed to homeopathic) started producing so-called "miracle drugs", people left off using "Nature's Pharmacy" of herbs. Let's face it. A pharmaceutical company makes it's profit by "patenting" chemical or biological compounds it produces. If the company cannot isolate the active ingredient of an herb or formulate a synthetic compound that mimics it, they are not interested in promoting it. They have known about this herb for hundreds of years. They even used the spores of the plant as a water repellent coating on their pills and latex products. There have been repeated studies, the latest being a government sponsored study at the University of North Carolina, on the elements contained in common club moss such as huperzine A and huperzine B and the enzyme Prolyl-endopeptidase (PEP) and their effectiveness in restoring memory and as a possible treatment for Alzheimer's disease. Huperzine A and B help prevent the breakdown of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter in the brain having to do with recognition, reasoning and memory. They are mainly trying to find out how to isolate these active components in order to formulate a patentable drug out of it. Nature tends to counterbalance opposing forces in an herb with buffers that enable the body to accept and adjust to the herbs impulse to correct whatever imbalance caused the "dis-ease" not just the symptoms. By "isolating" or "synthesizing" (or even "Standardizing") the active component, serious side effects can occur. When using drugs and pharmaceuticals, side effects caused by the original medication can arise which call for yet other "medications" to counteract the negative side effects which in turn cause other side effects, and soon you are far worse off than when you started, even to the point of death. Most modern medications only treat the "symptoms" not the underlying causes of a condition. They have the mindset that they are the curers and are trying to force the body to do something it naturally had the ability to do before an imbalance in the body occurred. Herbs naturally help the body to restore that balance so that the body can heal itself. Sure, you can "block-out" the pain (and that is sometimes good) but the original problem is still there and only becomes more aggravated over time. And then you also have the problem of organ damage, etc. Just read all of the dangerous side effects listed for the product, especially liver, kidney or heart damage. They once told you Vioxx was good and look at how much damage that did. And every day we hear an advertisement from some law firm that you may be due compensation if you took this or that medication. And, a synthetic cannot have the Quantum "energetic" properties that a "Live" herb has.
This may sound crass, but if modern medicine, the AMA, FDA, and the pharmaceutical industry "cured" everyone they would soon be out of business or at a much reduced level. Sure, they could make a good living diagnosing and selling herbal remedies to prevent or cure disease but they would not be in control and making huge profits. That is not their goal. They fully understand the maxim of not killing the goose that lays the golden eggs. In this case "killing" can be replaced by "healing". If everyone was healed and in balance there goes their golden goose. Their "fund-raising" campaigns for this or that disease would end, drying-up a multi-billion dollar industry that does nothing but continually fund raise or put forth products that only exacerbate the condition.
There have been simple, extremely inexpensive cures for cancer (and other diseases) for almost a hundred years using such substances as magnesium chloride transdermally, iodine transdermally, and sodium bicarbonate, also known as baking soda and recently chlorine dioxide. Baking soda is like putting a fire extinguisher to a fire either orally, by injection, enema or with Maple syrup. Transdermal means that you put it on your skin (the largest organ of the body) and your body will absorb what it needs without making you toxic. You can just paint the top and bottom of your foot with iodine or magnesium chloride and your body absorbs it. Use the magnesium chloride at a different time. iodine and fibroids. One part sodium bicarbonate to two parts pure maple syrup cooked on low heat in a sauce pan for five minutes and taken one tablespoon per day has shown amazing results. The syrup is a sugar which is greedily taken up by the tumor (yeast) and acts as a Trojan Horse to carry the sodium bicarbonate in and thereby killing the tumor. There is strong evidence that a tumor is actually an overgrowth of yeast. Royal Rife developed an optical microscope so powerful (and better than an electron micrscope) that it could observe a virus mutate to a bacteria, which mutates to a fungi which in turn mutates to a yeast and overtakes the body under certain conditions, mainly an imbalance in the PH to a more acidic state. They considered the use of electricity as quackery and they went on a witch hunt for anyone that did not follow AMA "guidelines". Club moss tea helps with all problems of the liver, kidneys, bladder, urinary tract, reproductive organs, and can help restore memory. Many have found permanent relief from cirrhosis of the liver, yet you don't hear about any of this from the AMA, the Food and Drug Administration, the pharmaceutical companies, etc. We need to be "wise as serpents yet gentle as doves" when it comes to our own health and healing. I also highly recommend a tincture that is very easy to make that I learned of from Dr. Richard Schultz. It uses pure apple cider vinegar such as Braggs to extract the essences of the following five fresh, raw, herbs: Cayenne Peppers (habaneras, serranos, jalapenos the hottest you can find), Garlic, Onion, Ginger, and Horseradish Root. The exact quantities don't matter, the more herbs the better, but roughly two parts of vinegar to one part of the herb would be a rough suggestion). Question: You talk about "auras" and stuff. Isn't that getting into religion?
Answer: That is another good question. The word religion comes from the Latin root religio or religo meaning to bind, especially to what is perceived as a higher power, usually by the practice of certain tenets of a doctrine or dogma. St. Paul said, "Are ye so foolish? Having begun in the spirit are ye now made perfect in the flesh?" We are, first and foremost, spiritual beings. It is built into us at the quantum level and beyond. All paths up the mountain lead to the summit although they may start at seemingly far distant points. If your path, your doctrine or your dogma is helping you grow spiritually that is good. But do not cast dispersion on the path of another. Remember, "ye are brethren", "we are one". All paths eventually lead to the "One Source" whatever name you choose to give it. Paths intersect, cross, merge, diverge in an ever ascending spiral. Some paths go up, some go down and some are dead ends. We learn the lesson we need to learn and then move on so fear not. We often learn more from our mistakes than our successes. Even science is included in this process.
As we are presented with new information we are forced to make a choice to accept, reject or somehow merge it into our awareness and understanding. "When I was a child I thought as a child, ... but now that I am become a man I put away childish things". Sound familiar. Often what we first perceived as "truth" may, in the light of new understanding, seem "childish" or less complete. That is a maturation process we all must go through. When we get to the core of creation, the "cause behind the effect", even beyond Quantum Physics what do you have? Everything is composed of God's Light, Energy, Consciousness and has Innate Intelligence. We were created in His image and likeness, "our God is a consuming fire", and we are spirit sparks of the One Flame temporarily housed in a physical body. But when it is contained and expanded by love it has great, unlimited, creative potential. Life forms and reforms itself in infinite patterns and dimensions. Life ever prefers the gentler way but stubborn man often resists the help and the helper. With the dawning of the Aquarian Age came new dispensations. The prior requirement of balancing 100% of your karma before ascending back to the Father was reduced to 51% allowing for the remaining 49% to be balanced from the Ascended Octaves. What you saw was a real time demonstration of the power of sound frequency on sand. At specific frequencies, the sand instantaneously formed a completely different, even more complex geometric pattern. Common club moss bio-energetically introduces a specific frequency into our aura that instantaneously unlocks, or opens the flow of chi through the muscle, thus enabling it to return to it's normal, uncramped state as if nothing happened.
Chi is the energy that flows in meridians that connect chakras and organs and other parts of the body. This is on a different level or frequency than the sympathetic and para-sympathetic systems. Some also call it Prana. At one level, this is the energy that acupuncturists are freeing as they insert their needles, and the energy that the martial arts use and consciously direct in their feats of breaking wood or bricks.
But more on frequency. Think on this. Could "Crop Circles" be formed by a similar process? Are we seeing the effect on plant life of a "Sound" that some speculate emanates from what is known as "The Great Central Sun" or some other Higher Source or even from our own planet (prayers, decrees, mantras or other sounds)? In the 1960's and 70's Dr. Hans Jenny performed similar experiments with sound projected at various substances on a metal plate. He used sand, kaolin paste, even milk on his plate. When he projected a certain sound at milk, it began to "grow" off of the plate in what looked like the stems and leaves of a plant. When he sounded a sustained AUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMM (AUM) at sand it formed a series of interlaced triangles that looked like progressively larger "Stars of David" with a border around it (9 ascending and descending isosceles triangles). This same pattern appears in an ancient Yantra. A Yantra is a geometric form, often a painting or carving, on which Hindus and Buddhists meditated while intoning the AUM (or other mantras) in order to raise consciousness (this is the same "mandala" that the movie "The Last Mimzy" emphasized, you can see it there) or click this link Shree Yantra .
Frequency, vibration, sound can raise consciousness to a higher state of evolution. It can also cause consciousness to devolve and decline. We are continuously being bombarded by all kinds of sounds and frequencies. There are UHF and VHF TV frequencies and AM, FM and Short Wave radio frequencies. There is Radar and Microwave. And even more sinister, there are HAARP and Psycotronic energy waves and others. And who knows what forms of energy, sounds etc., that are being carried over those frequencies. And beware of the negative thoughts and feelings of others known or unknown to you. You have great need to spiritually strengthen and protect your aura. "Whatever you ask for in my name, I will give it unto you" was the advice and counsel of Jesus. Ask him or your favorite Master or Saint (Gautama, Lao Tzu, Confucius, Mother Mary, Shiva, Krishna, etc, etc) to establish a mighty sphere of Light in, through and around you as spiritual protection.
In the same time frame as Dr. Jenny, Dr. Denis did studies involving muscle kinesiology and the effect of sound on muscle strength. He found that certain rhythms increased strength and certain rhythms reduced strength dramatically. The rhythm of the Waltz, the three quarter time, increased strength. The syncopated beat, which is the rhythm of voodoo, jazz music and rock, immediately and dramatically reduced strength. That rhythm also forces open the chakras causing an energy rush sensation much like a drug high, causing great harm to the individual.
To counteract negative sounds and rhythms and to protect your home and environment, the Nine Symphonies of Beethoven and Mahler's Ninth Symphony are recommended. They can be played at a low level in the background. The music of Mozart helps raise consciousness. Waltz music is the music of freedom and liberation and it corresponds to the color Violet (a pastel purple/pink color). Each instrument in the orchestra corresponds to a certain chakra as do certain pieces of music. And the power of the Spoken Word wields tremendous power for good or for ill. There are 7 major chakras located along the spinal column from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. There are 144 other chakras throughout the body. There are 5 Secret Ray chakras, one in each hand and foot and one at the spleen. These are the points at which the Lord Jesus Christ was pierced while on the cross, and these are the points where the Stigmata has appeared in certain of the Saints. And, there is one special chakra known as "The Secret Chamber of the Heart." This is the location of the "Interior Castle" that St. Therese of Avila spoke of in her writings. Within that "Castle" is a majestic "Cathedral" or "Temple". On the high altar of that "Cathedral of the Heart" burns a triune "Unfed Flame" which is our "Seat of Authority" and our direct connection with the "Most High" Creator, I Am That I Am, Yahweh, El Shadai, Adonai, Elohim, Brahman, Allah, the Tao. Each "name" of God is a frequency, a connection by and through which we may understand a portion of His infinity. Remember, Jesus said, "the Kingdom of God is within you". "Did not our hearts burn within us" was the comment of the disciples as they walked with the Lord after his Resurrection. This Sacred Flame in our hearts sets us apart from all other parts of the creation. It is a Fleur-de-Lis of Power, Wisdom and Love. We are not animals and did not evolve from the animal creation. We are not mere humans but spiritual beings temporarily housed in a physical body.
Meditation on and prayers and invocations to the Divinity are the means by which we sustain contact with the Divine and nourish our souls and chakras. And, yes, prayers can heal, or rather the Light and Energy that descends from the Godhead in answer to the prayer heals according to the will of God if our karma will allow it. That Light and Energy descends first to our heart over the connection we have made to the Godhead and then to those persons and conditions you have prayed for. If you have a weak connection from lack of sustained prayer your “Link” will be like a mono-filament or a straw and only very little energy can flow to them. But if you have a strong connection through continuous prayer and meditation your “Link” will be more like a fire hose or high voltage power line. When you have a connection like the one Jesus had established then healing the sick and blind, restoring a severed ear, or raising the dead become an instantaneous manifestation. And even those in faith touching the hem of your garment can be blessed. And didn’t he say that these things I do, ye shall do and more…because…he returned to the Father and re-established the connection that we long ago broke due to our ignorance and disobedience. He "saved" us by helping us to restore that connection. The neat thing about this is that if our own “link” is still developing, we can join with others in the name of the Master and magnify the result. The Master is able to add his momentum to the group’s momentum and then square it. This is what he meant when he said that whenever two or more are gathered in his name there he is in the midst to increase the result of your prayers.
As I said, prayers and invocations are the means by which we sustain contact with the Divine. If you don't pick up the phone you can't make the call. You can make the call, but if you hang up too soon you won't get an answer. Therefore pray continuously. You must seek in order to find, ask in order to receive and knock for the door to be opened to you. If you don't use it you lose it. By conscious daily recognition of that Flame in our hearts and through constant prayer and meditation, that Flame can grow and expand. An increase in that Flame of just 100th of an inch can bestow tremendous power for good to the individual and the planet. It is worth the effort.
The heart has as many or more neural connections than the brain. The ancients thought more highly of the importance of heart intelligence than of brain intelligence. The heart is not the seat of emotion, the Solar Plexus is. We actually have four vehicles of expression in the physical planes, the etheric (memory) body, the mental (mind) body, the emotional (feeling) body, and the physical body. These four lower bodies exist in different frequencies and interpentrate each other. The mind is separate from the brain, it uses the brain to help us cognize. The brain is like a computer and allows us intellectual intelligence. But the heart lets us know all things with and without being taught because it connects us with our Higher Mind also known as the Christ Mind ("let that mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus"). This "letting" is a process of purification. We have let darkness (density, hardness) into our hearts through ignorance (ignoring the higher laws of God) thus creating in ignorance we make negative karma and until the heart is purified by the Sacred Fire of God, it cannot always be trusted. The discernment of spirits comes as we "attune" our heart with the Father through meditation, visualization, prayer, invocation and the use of "The Science of the Spoken Word." When you know something "by Heart" you know it in all of it's nuances. You Know and are Known.
Now I am going to tell you a great, great secret. There is a single cause for every problem of man: all disease, illness, unhappiness, stress and all mental, emotional and physical problems including personal and societal (pollution, problems in the economy, government etc., etc.). That single cause is this, and it stems from a great misunderstanding, it is the feeling of unworthiness, of believing that you are unworthy, that somehow you are sinner beyond sin and that there is no hope for you. God in us is worthy. When you say that "I am unworthy" you take God's name (I Am That I Am) in vain and in defiance of God declare that God is unworthy to be God in you. God is worthy to grow and become Himself in us. He created us in His image and likeness in order that He may expand His awareness of Himself through us. When we deny the true God (and His Christ) in ourselves, we cut ourselves off from God (and His Love, Light, Energy and Consciousness) and in His place we set up a false image, an idolatrous image, a lesser god that is anti God and anti His Christ. We then look for deliverance from other selves (idols, false gods) that promise what they cannot deliver. Then we cry out why does God allow this? why doesn't he do something? and God says back to us, why do you allow it, why don't you do something? He will never interfere with our free will choice to be or not to be. Thus being self-cut-off we suffer all the ills that we experience until, like the prodigal son, we wake up from our dillusion and miscreations, ask for forgiveness, and realize that there is only God and He sent His Son (Christ) through the Son of God Jesus Christ to re-connect and establish us in our own sonship when Christ is formed in us and that mind is fully functioning in us as it was in Jesus. "Beloved now are we the sons of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him: for we shall see him as he is." (1John 3:2). This does not happen over night, but it is a process that we must begin now and go through or perish.

If you have ever been to a chiropractor, naturopath, muscle kinesiologist, etc. you may have experienced muscle testing. If not I will attempt to explain how it works in terms of our new understanding of quantum physics and this herbal product.
The practitioner first has to establish a base line of strength in a muscle such as the arm, leg, neck, etc. You may be asked to hold out your arm while a slight downward pressure is applied to your hand. This is not a contest as in arm wrestling. You should be fairly relaxed. The practitioner may then touch a part of your body where you are having a problem, or they may have you hold a certain substance unknown to you, or they may hold it themselves. There are many variations on the theme. They may even just think a question. They then test your resistance again. How and why does this work?
Everything is frequency. Everything in creation is made of the same innately intelligent building blocks of Light, Energy, Consciousness. Thoughts and feelings are just another form of energy and have impact on other parts of life. If a substance the body needs is presented to it, the body will respond accordingly. The energy field of the body responds to the energy field of the substance at an elemental level. The practitioner can then mentally ask the question, how much? and either think of different quantities or have the person hold a given quantity to determine the correct amount.
Do you now also understand why a placebo has the power to effect healing? Your "belief" is the key. You endow the substance with the characteristics needed for healing as God works through you according to your belief. The Father worketh hitherto and I work. This is the work of God. Jesus used clay and spittle to restore sight to the blind man, he endowed elemental substance with the Light and Energy of the Father needed to effect the change and he gave thanks that he could be the Father's instrument according to His will. We bless water and it becomes "holy water". We call to Jesus for the Transubstantiation of the bread and the wine and it becomes His Body and His Blood, the Holy Eucharist, the substance of change whereby "this mortal must put on Immortality". Do you think that only a priest has the power to do this? Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and you, with your Holy Christ Self, are the High Priest of your temple.
Do I now need to mention why abortion is a wrong choice since it creates a tremendous negative "group karma" that blocks God's protection and abundance to the nation and has been the sole cause of the downfall of many civilizations of the past? Karma is inconvenient, it comes when it comes. We have debts to life. We have been given life as a gift and we are expected to respect and nurture life no matter the burden or the inconvenience. At 1PM, MDT, Monday, July 2, 2007 I watched Serena Williams collapse on the court at Wimbledon with a severe cramp in her left calf muscle. You could see the huge knot in her muscle. Her trainer tried to put an ice pack on it, only causing more pain. Serena threw it away immediately. She was in agony for at least ten minutes. And then, valiantly and still in serious pain, she hobbled around trying to stay in the match. I watched this in frustration not knowing how to reach Serena (and other athletes) to tell her that my ZAP-A-KRAMP pillow would have taken away her cramp and ALL soreness, stiffness and pain literally in SECONDS and she would have been back in top form again to continue her match. It should be a part of every athletes (and athletic trainers) equipment. The Pittsburgh Steelers and Arizona Cardinals agreed to try it and they had it at Super Bowl 43.
