A vocation is like a "voice" - it is a natural expression of who you are. Coaching, energy work and personal development have become my vocation. Five years ago, I was initiated into Reiki. Two and a half years ago, I said aloud, "I'd be a great personal coach." I didn't even know such a thing existed. Within months, I was sitting in my neighbor's house, reading a magazine - and lo and behold, it talked about coaches! I had one of those "aha" moments, and though nervous about changing careers, I have been guided in this direction. This work has brought me peace and joy I've never known before because I let my intuition be my guiding force. Better still, the need to please others is entirely gone, making way for the real me to emerge. I'm here to help you have the same, if you so choose.

Philosophy and Comments
I am here to help you identify or clarify your vision for yourself. I focus particularly on three areas: creativity, joy and satisfaction. You know the hula hoop? Everyone has a "hula hoop" inside; an outrageous vision that must be manifested. But will you allow it?
I work with you in three ways: identifying and clarifying that vision, helping you align yourself with that vision using Core Dynamics personal development techniques and the WaveMaker, as well as helping you live into your vision.
NOTE:
This type of coaching is optimal for any kind of problem/situation; however, this kind of coaching may not be for everyone. You will be letting go the person you thought you were for the person you really are - scary...but exciting! Work Hours and Fee Schedule
I am available Monday through Thursday. Sessions typically run 50 minutes to 1 hour. Sessions are 125 dollars per session. I work with individuals, couples, small businesses, etc.
Initial consultations and laser coaching can be over the phone, but most sessions are conducted in person for you to receive optimal benefits.
Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op, East-West Bookstore patrons and employees, and By Region members receive a 10% discount.
The WaveMaker
As you may already know, your body is made of energy. The WaveMaker, pictured here, senses this wave energy, and then eliminates or upgrades these energetic patterns by inverting (think of noise cancellation headphones) or amplifying the wave. This technology has been used all over Europe for more than twenty years on children, teens and adults (known as bioresonance).
Each habit, feeling, etc. has its own energetic pattern. By drawing out these patterns through questioning and kinesiology, we can hone in on the specific patterns and address them as needed with the WaveMaker. The energy current is very small, and almost undetectable during a session.

I am not a licensed medical practitioner. Due to recent changes in California state law, you do not need a license to practice alternative medicine. I do use a machine called the WaveMaker (similar to a Bicom or bioresonance machine) in my practice. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer form. To date, no one has claimed negative long-term side effects from using this machine. Note: I do not treat clients who are pregnant, have pacemakers, or who have been diagnosed with auto-immune disorders.
