Philosophy and Comments
Certification Training Program: Details
Qigong is one of the most rapidly growing alternative healthcare systems in the USA and around the world. And given the current situation of rising costs for medical care and health insurance, it seems that the increased attention to affordable and easily accessible self-healing systems, like qigong, will continue to gain in popularity. For this reason, I have developed a certification studies program, for both local and distance learners. ( Level One, 100 Hours )
In my training program, students learn in four different area: medical qigong, TCM basics, Daoism and Daoist meditation. There is a required reading list of books, other reading material and two writing assignments: journal writing and training questions which go with the readings.
My belief is that the student of qigong needs an in-depth training experience not only in qigong, but in its philosophical roots of ancient Chinese Daoism, Chinese medicine and meditation.
Upon completion of the program, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Completion for 100 hours of qigong training.
Cost: For local students who can attend my classes and receive private lessons, the cost is $600. For distance learners, the cost is $300. This cost is non-refundable for local or distance learners. Students can begin the program at any time.
