Throughout the years I have become more and more convinced of the importance of the body in the spiritual process. By sensing our bodies we find a sense of Self.
I have written two books: Wholeness and Wholeness complete. Both books are a body-oriented interpretation of the lessons from A Course in Miracles.

For 22 years I have worked as a body-oriented psychotherapist.
I studied clinical psychology, physiological psychology, religious psychology, relational therapy and bio-energetic analysis.

The embodiment of the spiritual is essential to me.
We need to guide our bodies, in order to be able to contain and to express the LIFE-giving Force.
