In this work, I offer a space for you to rest exactly where you are. Stepping off the journey of self-improvement, you have the opportunity to recognize the wholeness and perfection that exists in this moment. Starting from exactly where you are, not needing to change anything at all, we together bring our awareness and presence to the truth of your life. In this meeting, a spontaneous alchemical healing occurs, releasing old wounds, exploding limiting beliefs, and transforming difficult emotions into spiritual resources.

I have studied a very broad range of psychospiritual growth methods for more than 12 years, including the Feldenkrais Method, meditation, subtle energy work, breathwork, and spiritual counseling. I am most influenced by the Indian mystic Osho, Australian spiritual teacher Leonard Jacobson, and A.H. Almaas, founder of the Diamond Approach. I have a Masters degree in Philosophy and Religion from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and a professional background as an environmental lawyer in Australia. I have long held an interest in the integration of spiritual principles and practices with social and political concerns. In this regard I am Regional Director in California for the Global Renaissance Alliance, a grassroots spiritual/political organization founded by Marianne Williamson.

It is my deep conviction that this moment in history - involving unprecedented global challenges to our survival - is calling forth many people to awaken to the full depth, power and passion of our souls. My passion lies in assisting you to realize the fire and depth within your own soul, and to support you to discover and to live your unique spiritual destiny in this crucial historical moment.

I offer individual sessions ($80), small group work ($290 for 10 week course), and Osho meditation days (the last Saturday of each month, for only $20)
