Personal Life Coaching

Amy Stevlingson is a graduate of Coach for Life, and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Minnesota Coaches Association (MCA).

As a coach, I guide my clients through a process of inquiry and personal discovery, to assist them in identifying their own personal vision and goals.

The coaching relationship focuses on the client taking action in order to realize those goals and desires.

Clients are able to move forward with greater clarity and awareness producing fulfilling results much more quickly and easily than would otherwise have been possible.
