I work holistically, addressing all aspects of life and fassets that affect health and the state of being. I work with recognizing patterns and fields of beliefs and experience that may be harboring disfunctions that in turn encompass the body. I encorporate dialogue, tissue maipulation/massage, stretching and passive movement of the body. I also look at body posture, ergonomics, gait training and life stratagies. I work with aspaects of wellness to injury/rehab and life's transitions, with both men and woman in a safe professional atmosphere with years of practical hands on experience and training has given me. I have trainined in the US and in China. I have aquired years of personal development techniques with various systems, giving me more vast empathy and compassion with persons of all walks of life. Confidentiality is the heart of my therapy, and HIPPA compliance always followed. I also am a volunteer facilitor to a weekly support group.

My hours are flexible. Monday-Friday I am available 10am-7pm. Please call ahead, scheduling is required, occasionally I do have the capacity to have same day appointmnets. I accept insurance (please inquire personally, prior to therapy), PIP (under motor vechile accident insurance, work related/ L&I claims, visa/ master card, debit cards, cash, checks and gift certificates. $10.00 off 1st visit,( please mention this web site at time of schedualing).
