Dr. Terry Cheski holds degrees in Naturopathic Medicine (N.D./N.M.D. - Southern College of Naturopathic Medicine), Clinical Hypnotherapy (D.C.H.-University of Alternative Medicine/Institute of Natural Healing), Counseling (M.Ed.-Marquette Univ.), Psychology (BA- Marquette Univ.) She is also a National Board Certified Diplomate - Clinical Hypnotherapy (NBCDCH), certified in biofeedback, and a Certified Bach Flower Therapy Practitioner - Master Teacher.

ANGEL OF HOPE WELLNESS CENTER provides holistic pain & wellness counseling/psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, personal holistic life coaching, & naturopathic medicine with a healing presence and a Christian value orientation - encouraging harmony, wellness & healing for body, mind, & spirit. CONVENIENT OFFICE HOURS are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY ~ days, evenings, & most Saturdays. We can work around YOUR schedule.

When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU; therefore, if for ANY REASON you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call or email the office atleast 24 hrs. in advance, if possible, to avoid being billed for a MISSED APPOINTMENT. The fee may be waived at the discretion of the therapist in cases of emergency or hazardous road conditions.

FEE SCHEDULE:

First appointment: atleast 1-1/2 to 2 hrs. ~ $125.

Individual Psychotherapy/Hypnosis - approx. 1 hr. ~ $75.

Group Therapy - 1 hr./2-3 people ~ $40/person.

Group Therapy - 90 min./4 or more people ~ $50/person.

NATUROPATHIC OFFICE CALLS:

INITIAL NATUROPATHIC EVALUATION ~ includes: 2 hr. initial appointment + Bio Terrain nutritional & metabolic lab testing + 1 hr. Report of Findings & Treatment Recommendations ~ $275. (save $50 off individual fees for visits & labwork)

Short visit (up to 15 min.) ~ $25.

Each addtl. 15 min. or fraction thereof ~ $25.

FREEDOM FROM SMOKING PROGRAM (5 one-on-one sessions) ~ $375 or $125 first session (at least 2 Hours long) + $75 ea. additional one hour session. (Save $50 On the prepaid program).

MICROCURRENT TREATMENT (up to 30 min.) ~ $50.

MISSED APPOINTMENT (without 24 hr. notice) ~ Full fee.

PAYMENT IS APPRECIATED at the end of each session. In case of financial hardship, please consult Dr. Cheski for reduced payment arrangements that you can live with. NO ONE who is sincere about getting help has ever been turned away due to financial reasons.

INSURANCE: Mental health benefits vary widely from policy to policy. We cannot guarantee that your policy will cover your treatment; but we will be happy to submit the necessary paperwork so you can expect reimbursement to the full extent of your policy from your insurance provider.

Naturopathic treatment is rarely covered by most insurance policies.
