Built to enhance your yoga experience. In the summer months practice in a beautifully constructed gazebo with large windows overlooking a pond, gardens and woods. Listen to the sounds of nature as you practice. When it gets cooler practice in the barn studio, uniquely built and designed with heated floors, large windows and a southwestern feel.

Profile and Credentials        

Marguerite Ramlow has been studying yoga for over 30 years, incorporating Yogic principles into her life and work. She received teacher training and certification from Tias Little of Prajna Yoga and alos Jenifer Ebel, director of The Yoga Studio, Stevens Point and is a certified Yoga Instructor.

Philosophy and Comments        

What to Wear & Bring

When doing yoga, it is important to be comfortable and able to move freely . Wear sweatpants, footless tights, stretch pants or loose shorts with a comfortable shirt. Yoga is practiced with bare feet and on an empty stomach. Sticky mats and other yoga supplies are on sale at the studio. Doors open 15 minutes before class starts.

Vinyasa Flow Class        

This fun yet challenging flow-style class combines postures in sequences to cultivate overall stamina, strength and flexibility while gaining focus and peace of mind. Also includes, breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation and Yogic philosophy. The Ultimate Yoga experience.

Morning Yoga Class        

This vinyasa flow-style class is a challenge for all levels. Conveniently scheduled for the pre-work morning.

Yoga Basics Class        

Especially good for beginners and those who would like to continue to perfect the basic Hatha yoga poses. The class will begin with warm-ups followed by yoga postures, with individual instruction for all body types and issues, breath work, meditation, relaxation and Yogic philosophy.

Gentle Yoga Class        

This class is ideal for anyone with limited range of motion or special needs. Postures will be adapted for specific needs and supported using props. Emphasis will be given to warming up and awareness of body movement.
