GAIA MA YOGA AND QUARTZ CRYSTAL CHAKRA ENERGY WORK

Gaia is the Greek word for Earth and Ma is Mother, and of course, Yoga is Sanskrit for Union. My Yoga Practice is a way to Connect with the Earth Mother Energy, through Intension, Focus and Breath.

GAIA MA YOGA is my own unique presentation of learning and doing Yoga asanas,(stretches or poses).

GAIA MA YOGA is ideal for Pregnant women as well as Post Pregnant women, and those who have sports injuries or chronic tension. GAIA MA YOGA is instucted on an individual basis.

GAIA MA YOGA is a Gentle way to introduce and allow Yoga to become a part of your personal self-healing practice.

Laura's Favorite Health Tips and Recipes        

" WINE OF THE GODS "

This is a healthy alternative to winding down with a glass of wine (or two?) at the end of a long day.

I start by buying a gallon of "Request" Aloe Vera juice at K-mart for the low price of 8.99. Also at HFS's.

In a large bottle, caraff etc., I mix about 2 cups of Aloe juice with 1 cup of Red or White Grape juice or Cranberry/Berry juice, and then add a shot of Real Lime juice,(bottled is fine).

If you really want to unwind and calm your nerves so that you can have a pleasant conversation with your loved ones or pets...and a good night's rest, add about two squirts (30 drops) of Kavazon extract which is available online www.abc.amazonherb.net(my Amazon Herb weblink).
