I teach Astanga Yoga classes and private sessions for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level practitioners. I offer Chios Energy Field Healing and channeling to help bring health and well-being to each client with whom I work. I offer workshops and training in yoga, Chios, and energy healing in general.

I am certified in Hatha and Astanga Yoga through Mount Madonna Center. I have been teaching Astanga since 1995.

I am a Certified Chios Master Teacher, certified Usui Reiki Master, and non-denominational minister through the World Reiki Ministry. I provide energy field healing sessions, one-on-one training, and group workshops.

I am a holistic health consultant and spiritual counselor. I channel a wise and loving guide to help people gain clarity and insight into their lives and futures. I also work with a powerful guide during each healing session to find the best path to holistic health and well-being for each client.

I believe that yoga and energy healing offers a powerful combination of techniques to bring health and well-being to a client. Both practices work on the body, mind, and spirit, and bring about profound peace and support a powerful process of personal growth and transformation.

Yoga brings about mindfulness, awareness, and the ability to stay present in the moment. Energy healing works concurrently with yoga to correct the origin of ill health in the body by restoring balance to the energetic matrix, healing both past-life and present-life imbalances.

Astanga Yoga

Chris has been teaching the philosophical and physical practices of Astanga Yoga for ten years. Classes and workshops are available, as well as private sessions.

Classes are currently offered every week in two locations:

Halls Pond Healing Arts on Mondays, 7:30 to 9 PM;

Art Moves Dance Studio on Fridays, 6:30 to 8:00 PM.

Classes are drop in style and cost $10.00. Please check the site calendar for class listings each week in case of changes.

Workshops are offered for groups interested in the practice of asana and pranayama, as well as discussion of the eight limbs of Astanga and other aspects of philosophy. Also available are corporate classes, offered on site at your corporation's athletic facility or other suitable space. Please contact Chris for more information on setting up a workshop.

Private sessions are offered at Chris’ home, one on one, for $50.00 per practice and are usually held weekly. Private sessions can be held in a client’s home, though they must live within 30 minutes of Chris’ home in South Paris and cost $75.00 to cover travel time.

These sessions include training in the entire Astanga lifestyle.

Channeling Sessions

Channeling sessions are booked in 30-minute increments at a cost of $75.00 for 30 minutes or $125.00 for 60 minutes. Sessions may be booked for other time periods, please contact Chris for more information.

Healing Sessions

Healing sessions with Chris are priced at $60.00 an hour and generally last 60 to 90 minutes. He is a certified Chios Master Teacher with several years healing experience. He works directly with a powerful healing guide and teacher to help achieve the highest ideal of health and well-being for each client.
