I am a teacher,intuitive counselor, and, always, a student of nature, having grown and studied herbs and their healing properties for over 25 years.

I have a great appreciation for life and believe in showing up to my journey open hearted and with care to what is present in the moment.Gratitude is my companion as I grow my herbs, take a walk with my husband of 38 years, spend time with my children and friends, play with my dogs, or let my heart and soul sing and dance.
