What is Life Coaching?

That's a fair question. It's many things to many people. In the most basic terms, a coach will help you set and achieve goals. This sounds simple, but how many dreams have you let slip by? How many times have you let family, friends and associates talk you out of something you know is right for you?

Many people know what they want to achieve, they look for a coach to motivate them, to provide accountability. Others, like people going through life changes (graduation, lay-off, retirement or divorce) are not so sure where they're headed. A coach can help to discover that direction. Then provide the structure and motivation to accomplish your dreams.

What can I expect from a coach?

Your family, friends and associates see you and your dreams as they have always seen them. Stepping outside the norm with them can be difficult. As a coach, I don’t have that history. I see only the future as you have described it to me, and I can help you get there. Coaching sessions provide you with a safe place to work on your dreams and goals. The coaching process provides structure, support, encouragement and accountability. You will accomplish things you never thought possible. It’s a truly powerful process.

What about Michael?

I am a Certified Coach Practitioner. This certification comes from the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF) and is achieved through class work and testing.

Sessions are available in-person and by phone. All sessions are by appointment.
