Donna is a certified hypnotherapist and regressionist. She specializes in transpersonal hypnotherapy and spiritual counseling, believing there is a dimension to human nature greater than our three-dimensional consciousness. Her compassionate, interactive approach helps clients gain insights and resolve issues related to a wide variety of physical, emotional and spiritual challenges. (She does not provide smoking cessation or weight loss services; and Past-Life Regression is only used as a therapeutic tool, not just to satisfy someone's curiosity.)

Through hypnosis, regression, and spiritual counseling, I help clients tap into the power of their mind. They gain significant insights and understanding which, along with positive affirmation and post-hypnotic suggestions, helps provide the motivation to make important changes.

A detailed "Client Bill of Rights" form is available upon request by emailing donna@DonnaNowak.com. Pricing is per session instead of on an hourly basis. An initial consultation and hypnotherapy session requires about 1-1/2 hours and costs $135. Past-life regressions cost $150 and require 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 hours. Subsequent hypnosis sessions usually require a little less time. If scheduled during the same calendar year, the cost drops to $100.
