In practice for over 20 years, I offer both relaxation and medical massage. I use a variety of bodywork methods to facilitate health and healing but, specialize in Craniosacral therapy. I've had great success with headaches, neck and shoulder pain, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia and many more common problems.

Master's Degree in Counseling from Kent State University. Licensed in massage since 1982. Certified in Craniosacral therapy (sometimes called cranial sacral), polarity, shiatsu, Touch For Health Kinesiology and neuromuscular therapy. Experienced in pain relief and stress reduction. With each session, I try to determine which technique is best for this particular client at this particular time. All of the methods are excellent at relieving pain, reducing stress and speeding up the healing process. It's just a question of finding what the body needs most RIGHT NOW.

I never try to force the body to change. I support each individual in their own healing process and encourage awareness of body/mind relationships and connections.
