Edgar Cayce's A.R.E. Health Center & Spa, located in the original Edgar Cayce Hospital building, is Virginia’s historic holistic health leader. Clients from across the country and the world come for half-day or express spa packages, the signature Cayce/Reilly massage, holistic chiropractic services, hypnotherapy, colonics, manual lymph drainage, acupressure, craniosacral therapy, breathwork, cedar cabinet steams, Cayce wellness techniques, and more in the restful atmosphere of this Virginia Beach Oceanfront historic landmark. A labyrinth outside the spa's front door, a meditation garden and a rooftop meditation room overlooking the ocean enhance the spa experience. Other services and resources include therapy workshops, conferences, wellness lectures and classes, as well as the largest metaphysical library on the East Coast.

Services are provided by 32 state and nationally certified massage therapists, all of whom were trained at the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage in the signature Cayce/Reilly massage and the holistic approach to body/mind/spirit health. State-licensed Chiropractors, Guild-certified Master Hypnotherapists, Vodder-trained Manual Lymph Drainage therapists, Upledger-trained craniosacral therapists, acupressurists trained in the Jin Shin Do method, and Cayce/Reilly trained colon hydrotherapists provide professional services in the spa.
