Reiki: "Is a holistic approach to move, stimulate and balance energy within your body. It enhances healing and reduces stress and anxiety. Reiki works with the chakra system in the body. It has also been used for thousands of years to treat symptoms of illnesses, arthritis, relieves muscle tension, and improves poor circulation."

Reflexology: "Reflexology is widely used in Egypt and China. It has been said that the hands and feet are mirrors reflecting the whole organism. While working on the feet, hands, and ears, reflexology uses pressure and stimulation on specific points to unblock and dissipate stored energy."

CranioSacral Therapy: "The CranioSacral system consists of membranes and fluids that surround and protect the spinal cord and brain. CranioSacral therapy is performed using light touch to monitor the rhythm of the Craniosacral system to detect restrictions and imbalance. Manual techniques are then used to release problem areas and relieve undue pressure and restrictions." I work with Adults and Children of all ages.

Polarity: "Polarity works with the positive and negative poles of the body. Finding two points (negative and positive) and connecting them to become balanced. It allows the connection within the bodies’ natural systems (i.e. circulatory, respiratory, nervous, etc.) to heal as a whole. Polarity encompasses different types of touch i.e., soft, rocking and deep tissue, to allow the client’s energy to flow more freely."

Raindrop Therapy: "This technique uses a blend of therapeutic essential oils and a series of massage strokes. The muscles will loosen and the spine is able to realign and release bacteria and viruses which might lay dormant."

Somato Respiratory Integration: "SRI provides a series of exercises to enable and enhance the healing process. This system is linking the body to its history of energy patterns and properties of breathing. By focusing on hand movements and controlled respiration tension is dissipated, well-being enhanced, and body/mind connection strengthened and made more efficient."

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. "Upledger website"
