What is Thai-Yoga Massage?

It is a therapy that revitalizes the body and reduces mental tension. It is based in the principle of stimulating the flow of vital energy in the body, known as “prana,” through a series of bodily movements, stretches and pressure on certain points.

Applying pressure on certain reflexive points the “sen” lines or the ayurvédica energy, that produces beneficial internal effects, opens and equalizes the flow of energy, and boosts the body’s natural tendency to heal.

A blend of different techniques to relax the body and mind. A gentle but profound treatment combining Traditional Yoga Stretch Poses and Shiatsu Style massage techniques, that invites the body to recover its original balance or natural harmonic state.

A physiotherapeutic massage, is a very effective method for treating problems arising from modern lifestyles: fatigue, back and neck pain, and muscular and skeletal disorders. A Thai-Yoga treatment will effect a harmonizing influence in body, mind and spirit.

A whole massage from head to toe, relieves stress, increases blood circulation and soothes tired muscles. Specific areas of tension are worked on giving you an experience of absolute well-being.

What is LaStone Hot-Stone Massage?

Hot Stone Massage:

Volcanic stones are warmed and placed on the chakras, energy centers and areas of pain in the body during your massage to promote deep relaxation and restoration. The stones, highly valued for the healing properties, are used to work specific areas of tension and stress as well. This treatment honors the ancient Native American technique, saying that the earth helps to heal the human body's physical suffering

This is a therapy of energetic equilibrium. Differing from other anti-stress and relaxation processes, it stimulates blood flow and promotes mental well-being, which has a direct and positive influence in all the body. The stones possess their own energy, and therefore promote a therapy that increases physical and emotional balance, immunity and endurance. The stones are ideal for putting pressure on the skin and opening the channels of energy.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage penetrates the muscles in a specific manner to eliminate or reduce the pain and the amount of stress in the body. This technique of strong pressure loosens and stretches tight muscles and, works therapeutically at the point where it is executed. This massage is focused on the back, shoulders and neck. We only recommend this to people who have received it before or who are looking for a deep pressure massage.

Holistic Massage: A blend of different techniques to relax the body and mind. A whole massage from head to toe, relieves stress, increases blood circulation and soothes tired muscles. Specific areas of tension are worked on giving you an experience of absolute well-being.

Shiatsu: A healing method from Japan using gentle touch on specific energy channels (meridians) and points over the whole body. By applying external pressure and movement along these meridians, energy blocks are dissolved and natural life energies are freed to flow and create balance and harmony in the body-mind. Shiatsu eases pain, deeply relaxes body and mind, and strengthens the immune system, bringing about an overall feeling of well-being.

A soft but profound technique that invites the body to recover its original balance or natural harmonic state.

Rebalancing Deep Tissue: A slow, deep and gentle massage technique that works on the fascia, muscles and joints. It releases old muscular tensions, relaxes the joints and balances the whole energetic system of the body. Rebalancing may be used as a pleasurable, refreshing and relaxing Wellness treat, or to work in depth on specific physical problems.
