Dr. Kelly is a Clinical Psychologist, formerly in practice for 25 years. She obtained her MA and PH.D. from Wayne State University in 1976 and 78, certified from The Jaffe School of Spiritual and Medical Healing in 1997, founder and director of The Homestar School, certified in Infant and Toddler Mental Health from U. of Michigan in 2002, and author of The Lost Star Children of Ur(Earth) and Guardians of The Celtic Way, does 2 day workshops and Celtic ceremony.

This book, the school and workshops teach a Celtic Christian path to enlightenment, using a simple energy technique to clear ancient negative beliefs in the heart. Inner healing will change outer reality for both individual and Earth. This method is simple to learn and can be done by anyone.
