Human Design is a center for neuromuscular re-education dedicated to exploring the inherent ease of movement found in our unique human structure. Alexander Technique forms the cornerstone of our work. Other modalities supporting the classes and private lessons here include Reiki Energy Work, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, and Authentic Movement.
Profile and Credentials
Dr. Toni Poll-Sorensen has been a movement specialist, dancer, and choreographer for over 30 years. She trained in the Alexander Technique at the Alexander Alliance under Bruce and Martha Fertman and has done additional work with Elisabeth Walker in Oxford, England and Marie Francoise LeFoll in Paris, France. She is currently a professor of dance at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. In addition, she maintains a lively practice in the Alexander Technique and presents widely through out the United States.
Philosophy and Comments
At Human Design you will be guided through either individual or group exeriences that will enable you to (a) recognize and release stress, anxiety, and chronic pain, (b) improve your posture, range of motion, and movement potential, (c) improve your self image and confidence, and (d) develop clearer thinking and more energy.
