I have been drawn to the very powerful and effective work of energy healing. I have opened the Center for Healing Touch where I offer a combination of Elizabeth Stratton's methodology called "Touching Spirit" along with more traditional Reiki. I also integrate meditation into my healing sessions, as a way to encourage deeper relaxation and inner awareness.

I believe that it is important for human beings to know about love; love of God, of self and of others. This has been God's message to us for thousands of years. It is what so many spiritual beings have been trying to teach us throughout the ages. It is important for us to first learn how to accept and to love ourselves and to know that we are truly loved by God and deserving of that love. Spiritual growth comes from realizing that God lives within us and that all that is asked of us is that we reach out to others with respect, compassion, understanding, and Love - God's greatest gift to us and our greatest gift to one another. Healing is given in the spirit of love. It is an extension of God's love to us. The very life force energy that created us is given for our use so that we may be comforted and relieved of our fears. Love replaces fear always! Love frees us and connects us to our Creator. When we have learned to trust God, to have faith in the divinity and unity of all, then we can begin to accept one another without judgment. When we understand the nature of our being as a vital part of all that is, then we will better understand how all thought and action is energy - both positive and negative, that ripples throughout the universe and creates our perceived realities. When we finally learn how to do all things in love, the world will be a very different place. The gift of natural healing puts us in touch with Creative energy, with Divine presence, and with universal Love. In the physical sense energy healing promotes the body's natural ability to heal itself and cleanses the body of toxins. It re-vitalizes both body and spirit. It restores spiritual equilibrium and mental well-being and balances the body's energy centers to create a state of total and very deep relaxation. This treatment loosens areas of physical and emotional blockage so that energy can flow through the body the way in which it was intended to. Energy healing works in conjunction with other medical treatment and can increase the effectiveness of medications.
