Antepartum, Labor & Birth, Postpartum and Breastfeeding Support Doula Services

I am a CAPPA certified doula who has personal and professional experience in the areas of vaginal and cesarean births, midwife deliveries, natural childbirth, epidural childbirth, multiple childbirth, fertility treatments, preterm labor management, home bed rest, hospital bed rest, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, surviving a NICU stay and many other situations. I am infant and child CPR trained and certified. I am also fully insured.

I also work as a volunteer doula with PALS (Philadelphia Area for Labor Support) which provides free doula support to women who would otherwise not be able to afford doula support during labor and delivery. To learn more about PALS, please click here.

My approach to motherhood is casual and my policy is best described is "do what works for you and your family." Nothing is "one size fits all." My family is headed by myself and my husband Matt, and rounded out by 4 girls, 3 of whom are triplets.

Antepartum and Postpartum work rate is $25 per hour, with a four minimum per day. Labor and Birth rate is $500 which requires $200 non-refundable retainer fee which "holds" your due date.
