My "Creative Pathways" workshops are designed to give you time to explore personal creative myths, discover your artistic personality traits, affirm your talents and design a path to fulfill your artistic mission. The workshops use decorative journaling techniques as tools to uncover your creative legacy and treasure.

I am a mixed media artist currently using collage, paper-arts and clay to explore my dimensions of creativity. My current work includes collage,3-D assemblage and mixed media on paper and canvas. I draw on 30 years of professional creative experience in the fields of wellness programming, human resource development, organizational management and artistic endeavors. I use my expertise as a wellness consultant and creative resource specialist to teach Creative Pathways Workshops. Contact me to teach a workshop for your organization. My workshops are based on my belief that creativity is a legacy and a treasure, and that individuals can use creativity to improve life, wherever life needs improving.

My art is inspired by archetypes, petroglyphs, biblical figures and nature. I love collage as it is nonconforming and allows me to go where my imagination and whimsy lead. My pieces include my own woven fabric, clay and paper. I also use stamping, embossing, painting and stenciling. Old jewelry, metal objects, buttons, glass, ceramic tile, weathered wood and natural fibers find their way into my pieces.

My imaginative figures are inspired by ancient and traditional archetypes of protection found in Angelic, Christian, Celtic, Native American and almost every cultural and religious tradition. They reveal my personal mythology of spiritual warriors and guides who embody beneficial virtues and characteristics.
