Certified by the International BodyTalk Association; Nationally Certified in Massage Therapy by the NCBTMB and Licensed in the state of Connecticut; training in the Alexander Technique, HypsoConsciousness™ and Internal Sports™ conscious breathing and movement techniques for stress management, and Chinese Healing arts.

Philosophy and Comments

The body can and WILL heal itself and return to balance without the use of invasive or uncomfortable techniques. I believe it is possible to relax and have fun throughout the healing process.
