A coaching service that provides the tools that inspire people to explore themselves, that inspire their hope, to remember their dreams, to recognize their gifts and possibilities, and to build their lives by embracing life joyfully.
These tools can include access to monthly ezine, PrairieSpirit, self-help booklets, teleclasses, workshops, seminars, and personal coaching for individuals and small groups.

I completed my Master of Education progam from Eastern Montana College in 1992. I graduated from CoachU in October, 1998, and have taken additional courses in Attraction, Personal Evolution, Toleration-free, and Certified Teleclass Leader. I retired from elementary education in 1999 after 25 years of experience in preschool special education, resource, and regular 5th grade. My husband and I have been married since 1980 when I moved to his farm in Eastern Montana. We have two sons,two daughters, and seven grandchildren.

I empower my clients to make choices which bring hope and joy back into their lives and assist my clients to develop their action plan to integrate it into their work life, family life, play, and self care. It takes hope, dreams, joy and action to create the life you choose to live.
I believe that everyone experiences joy every day, but that we have lost our ability to recognize it. By becoming aware of our individual daily joy is a life-changing experience.
