Philosophy and Comments

Each of us has an innate potential to create a joyful and productive reality. Yet we seldom experience our lives in this way. This is because our natural abilities to deal with life's challenges are reduced by limiting beliefs and judgements, unhealed traumas (both physical and emotional) and anxiety resulting from the rapid changes that are taking place in the world around us. I utilize various techniques that integrate the mind, body, and spirit to rebalance energetic patterns. Realignment renews our own innate ability to heal ourselves. (Note: I a not licensed physician or medical practitioner and I do not do medical diagnosis or prescribe medication. I am also not a licensed "talk" therapist. If your needs fall outside my area of expertise, I will work with you to find a suitable referral.)

Work Hours and Fee Schedule

Flexible.

EcoTherapy

Most of us spend over 90% of their our indoors. When we are outdoors, we are either moving from one indoor place to another, or thinking about what we will do when we go back indoors. Over time, this has weakened our connection to the natural world and deprived us of the nurturing, healing energy that is essential to our physical and spiritual well being. It has also lead to an unsustainable lifestyle that is depleting our planet. We don't have to wait to free ourselves from the mental addictions to indoors that keep us feeling isolated and insecure. Return to a symbiotic relationship with our Mother Earth.
