This practice specializes in using Myofascial Release, Cranial sacral, and Biofeedback and Neurofeedback techniques with women and children to gain or regain occupational skills for living. These therapies help the body to heal more fully by getting to the root of pain, movement, and behaviors that interfere with meaningful occupational activities. By irradicating the root problem, the body can heal so you can enjoy life's activities again!

Manual therapy releases restrictions in the tissue, which releases pain and restricted movement. Painfree ease of movement and relaxation are the results. Bio and neuro(EEG)feedback, is especially helpful in learning stress relief, motor control, and overcoming difficulties with ADHD/ADD behaviors that interfere with occupation and health. The treatments are relaxing and gentle, and never injuring. We want you to live life abundantly as you were meant to live it!

Additionally, school contracts are accepted depending on time availability.

Graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.S.in Occupational Therapy. Specializing in myofascial release and cranial sacral release techniques since 1996. Prior to these specialty areas, I was certified in sensory integration in 1991 and certified in biofeedback in 1994. I have training in neurofeedback, a specialty of biofeedback training brainwaves (EEG) to decrease ADHD symptoms.

Using myofascial release, cranial sacral, biofeedback and neurofeedback techniques people can learn and relearn skills needed to do the occupations in their life that are meaningful to them. Occupations that are important to people usually center around work, self-care, and play/leisure activities. All the techniques require the full participation of the individual to make the changes they want to see in their life.

Treatments are by appointment. Please contact me for the fee schedule. Fees vary with the type of treatments indicated, the time needed for treatment, the need for written reports, the locale of treatment, and if insurance will be filed. Cash and checks are accepted. If insurance will be filed by the individual, a form summarizing the session can be given for this purpose.
