I have been a massage therapist for over 6 years. I am a graduate of Minneapolis School of Massage & Bodywork with many post graduate classes. I am experienced in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Rehabilitative tissue work, Accupressure, Relaxation, Swedish, Chair Massage, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Work, Infant Massage, Pre and Post Natal Massage and Reiki Energy Healing. I have also am trained in Akashic Field Therapy, a leading edge method of soul clearing.

Most of my products and services were born out of a sincere desire to support families of any size, shape or style. The couples retreats concept started to evolve as I myself desired to find sacred time for my significant other. The Pre/Post Natal Couples retreats soon followed as I have spent a great part of my career working with women and the journey from pregnancy and beyond is close to my heart. I am currently working to become a post partum doula as well as hypnotherapist and past life regression therapist.

I believe everyone is born with the ability to heal themselves and it's my goal to empower those who seek my services to walk the road of self healing
