Zero Balancing (ZB) is a gentle, but profound, hands-on bodymind therapy designed to align your energy body with your physical structure. When balanced, you can flow more easily in the changing currents of life. ZB can release old emotional and physical held patterns in the body. One can then be free to explore new possibilities. People have reported deeper calm ("Life just seems easier."), a deeper sense of presence ("I feel more me."), increased creative expression ("I can now paint larger."), and ("The grief I had been holding onto did not return after our last session."). ZB can also help reduce muscular-skeletal pain, fatigue, and assist with life transitions.
Profile and Credentials
I have spent much of my adult life in a personal and professional pursuit around health, healing, and what it is to be present. This includes 22 years of study and experience as a practicing bodywork/massage therapist. I have been gifted with a desire and passion to discover, grow, and express. Zero Balancing is a joyful expression of my path.
I have a BA from Western Washington State University. I attended The Fairhaven School of Massage and was licensed as a massage practitioner in 1986. I hold certifications in both the St. John's Method of Neuromuscular Therapy and Zero Balancing.
My other interests include painting (abstract), photography, travel (almost anywhere and anytime), reading, authentic relationships, nature, learning, laughter, good food, and tea (with any of the above).

9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday & Tuesday (Edmonds Location)
9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Wednesday (Edmonds Location)
Times for Thursday and Friday vary (Seattle Location)
Fees:
1 hour Zero Balancing ZB) Session..........................$80*
1 1/2 hour Split Massage or NMT & ZB.................$120*
